Delivery Service
Quansol offer to deliver your products FREE via the New Zealand Post International Air Service, or within New Zealand via the New Zealand distributors, Quantum Group. As soon as your order and payment is processed we will provide you with a confirmation email of your order and payment, and dispatch goods within 1-2 working days from order confirmation.
*Any applicable taxes or duty charges are to be paid by the recipient of the package.
Optional International Courier & Track and Trace Services
We realise that there will be times where you require your product urgently, or would like to be able to track the movement of your delivery online - in these instances we offer the New Zealand Post International Economy Courier and International Air with Track and Trace services.
The International Courier service is not part of our free delivery offering, and prices will be made available upon enquiry.
The International Track & Trace service is available for orders over NZ$250.00. If you would like Track & Trace this will incur an additional fee of NZ$15. To order Track & Trace service please select this option at checkout and the above additional cost will be applied.

You can expect that items will usually arrive at their destination within the time-frame specified for each zone. However as New Zealand Post do not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, they will not guarantee that every item will always reach its destination within the target delivery times. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in customs, may take longer.
We do not pay compensation for any delay in the delivery of your order.
