How do I become a Quansol Mitre System stockist?
We welcome any enquiries from retailers and distributors in all industries. Please contact us with your details via our ‘Become a Retailer or Distributor' enquiry form.

Is there a minimum or maximum order?
For all general customer purchases there is no minimum or maximum order quantity. However, for retails and distributors some conditions may apply depending on individual terms, please contact us to discuss.

What are my payment options?
General customer purchases are by credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Retailer and Distributor accounts will be set up as required on an individual terms basis.

Will I get an order confirmation?
We will send you a confirmation email detailing the exact order received shortly after your order is placed.

How long should I allow for delivery?
Delivery will be between 3 - 10 days depending on where in the world you are. See our Delivery Details.

Do I have to pay Freight?
No! Quansol offer to deliver your products FREE via the New Zealand Post International Air Service, or within New Zealand via the New Zealand distributors, Quantum Group. Should you wish for an even faster service, we will provide a courier at your cost.  Please contact us for a quote.  An optional Track and Trace (online tracking) service is available for a NZ$15.00 charge. Can I track my delivery?
We do off the optional New Zealand Post International Air Mail Track and Trace service at a cost of NZ$15.00. Please note that deliveries using this service are required to weigh a minimum of 2kg. For further details see our Delivery Details.

What if my order hasn't arrived?
If the expected delivery time frame has lapsed, please feel free to contact us at info@quansol.com and we will investigate this for you.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Quansol offers a 12 month manufacturers warranty for any products purchased (warranty details) . Simply return the product to the nearest stockist with proof of purchase, and completed Warranty Registration. This can be done either in person or by prepaid freight.  Provide a description of the problem and be sure to give your return address.  A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

What if the product is not what I expected?
Quansol will refund any purchases provided the product you wish to return is in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. Simply return the product to the nearest stockist with proof of purchase. This can be done either in person or by prepaid freight.

How long will it take to receive a refund from returned products?
The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser as soon as it is received by us. This will usually reach that account within 7 working days. Timings will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
