The Quansol Mitre System enables the operator to produce 22.5˚, 45˚ & 90˚ mitres in both directions, ensuring ease of use for either left or right handed users.

Ideal for Metal, Wood & PVC
The Quansol Mitre System is designed for use with either a 12"/300mm (24-32tpi) Hacksaw or a fine toothed (15-24tpi) WoodSaw. This enables the operator to make perfect mitres in most materials.

Replaceable Saw Guide system
The Quansol Replaceable Saw Guides (Patent & Design Pending) ensure quality and accuracy of mitres every time. They are designed to protect the main box from any saw damage due to repetitive use. This ensures long life of the Quansol Mitre System making it perfect for every day professional use. All inserts are interchangeable and simply click in and out as required for replacement. Sold in convenient resealable bags of 6, 12 & 24 pieces.

Unique Clamping System
The unique Clamping System is fast and simple to operate, and enables the operator to close the clamp using only one hand, leaving the other free to line up and hold the object in place. To activate the clamp, simply push the handle in until required pressure is achieved and you are ready to make your mitre.

Independent Jaws for offset clamping
As some objects are irregular in shape, Quansol Independent Jaws allow the operator to clamp an object firmly even if it has an uneven surface. The operator may also choose to use both jaws, or just the one if desired.

Soft Clamp Grips for extra grip on any surface
The soft rubber grips ensure a firm grip on most materials, including those that have the tendency to slide about such as Metal & PVC. The face of the grips are designed with fine (horizontal) groves for added grip on wood & uneven surfaces.

Push Lever Clamp Release for fast operation
The Quansol Clamping System is spring loaded enabling the operator to work quickly when making multiple mitres. Simply depress the Release Lever and the clamps will automatically spring open releasing your work.

45˚ & 90˚ file guides for fine adjustments
45˚ & 90˚ file guides are located at each end of the tool. These assist your file and ensure correct angle is maintained when fine adjustments are required. Very useful when the angle you require is not exactly 22.5˚, 45˚ or 90˚ and you need to take a little off one end/edge of your mitre.

Rubber feet
The Quansol has six rubber feet that provide stability and grip on most surfaces, and protect worktops and floors from scratching when in operation. Unlike other mitre box's the Quansol Mitre system has a level base (with no step) making operation on site or at floor level easy.

Fastening Holes
If desired the Quansol Mitre System may be fastened to a bench or wood block for extra stability. There are two fastening holes, one at each end.
