Manufacturer's Warranty

• Quansol undertakes to either repair or replace (at its option) any tool purchased within twelve months from the original date of purchase having a material manufacturing or assembly defect which arose in the course of manufacture under the following terms and conditions.  If these conditions are not met, the warranty will be deemed null and void.

Warranty Conditions

• This warranty does not cover damage or breakdown caused by improper use, overloading, misuse, accident, or neglect.
• Proof of purchase (dated receipt) must be produced for all warranty claims.
• The tool must be used in accordance with Quansol's instructions (read more).
• The warranty takes effect from the day of purchase and will not be renewed or extended as a result of a tool being repaired or replaced pursuant to a claim.
• This warranty will be void if the tool has been disassembled or tampered with in any way, and excludes consumable parts such as Quansol Saw Guide Inserts and Clamp Grips.

Making a Claim

• The warranty is only made available by returning the tool (accompanied with proof of purchase, and completed Warranty Registration) to the place of purchase.  This can be done either in person or by prepaid freight. If mailing or shipping, please ensure the tool is packed carefully and in a sturdy carton to prevent further damage. Provide a description of the problem and be sure to give your return address.  Quansol shall in no way be liable for any loss, damage (direct, indirect or consequential), cost or expense suffered or incurred by the purchaser, other than as provided in the above provisions.
